Refund policy

Made to order
Every clothing piece is printed just for you after you order it, so we can't take returns for size, color or change of mind. Please check the sizing details on the product page before you order.

If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email titouplift@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

If your package is lost
If your tracking shows no delivery well past the estimated window, email us and we will make it right.

Changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If printing has not started we will cancel or change it; once it has, we can't.

Digital products
Digital downloads are non-refundable because access is instant. If a file is broken or won't open, email us and we will fix it.
